About Harlow Hockey Club

Harlow Hockey Club is a social, sporting environment that welcomes players of all abilities.

We have three men’s teams that compete in the East League, two ladies’ teams that compete in the Essex League, and a mixed side.

Harlow Hockey Club provides affordable, competitive hockey in a friendly, family atmosphere for people of all ages, commitments and abilities.

League home matches are played at Passmores School and Technology College on Saturdays, with the clubhouse and showers at Harlow Town Cricket Club. Get directions

During the summer period the men’s and ladies’ teams compete in summer leagues. This year both the ladies and men played in the Broxbourne Summer League.

Training

All Harlow HC training sessions are held at Passmores School and Technology College on the synthetic pitch, with the adults’ sessions on Wednesdays from 7:30pm–8:00pm for fitness, and 8:00pm–9:00pm on the pitch commencing the 27th of August. The colts’ training and a special intermediate development program is on Tuesdays from 7:30pm until 9:00pm commencing the 26th of August.

A registered Child Protection Officer will be dedicated to the welfare of the colts.

Fees

There is a £20 annual subscription for over 13s.

If you play no more than half a match then only half the fee is due.

Colts (under 13) training is at £1 per session or a £10 payment at the start of the season for the whole season.
