About Harlow Hockey Club

Harlow Hockey Club is a social, sporting environment that welcomes players of all abilities.

We have three men’s teams that compete in the East League , two ladies’ teams that compete in the Essex League , and a mixed side that, since last season, also competes in the Essex League.

Harlow Hockey Club provides affordable, competitive hockey in a friendly, family atmosphere for people of all ages, commitments and abilities.

League home matches are played at Passmores School and Technology College on Saturdays, with the clubhouse and showers in Old Harlow at Marigolds Hockey and Cricket Club. Get directions

During the summer period the men’s and ladies’ teams compete in summer leagues. This year the ladies played in the Broxbourne Summer League with the men playing in the Chelmsford Summer League.

Training

All Harlow HC training sessions are held at Passmores School and Technology College on the synthetic pitch, with the adults sessions on Wednesdays from August 27th (7.30pm to 8pm fitness) (8pm Astro slot till 9pm).Colts training and a special intermediate development program on Tuesdays, also from August 27th (7:30pm until 9:00pm).

A registered Child Protection Officer will be dedicated to the welfare of the colts.

Fees

There is a £20 annual subscription for over 13s.

If you play no more than half a match then only half the fee is due.

Colts (under 13) training is at £1 per session or a £10 payment at the start of the season for the whole season.
